Hello, My name is Angie. One thought I had last night, was that I need to work on setting more healthy boundaries with some of the people in my life. And then it occurred to me, that I need to do the same thing with FOOD! I have such an emotional connection to certain foods such as ( when I clean or work all day) I think that I have to have a 30oz coke by me at all times. And Ice cream.. how do I reward myself or sooth my emotions without it
My goal this week is to work on my thought process with these emotional connections, and try to replace them with something healthy and positive. Any thoughts on this would be welcome As my connection to such things are EXTREME heehee |

TODAY -- I am my ideal weight I have and retain my girlish figure and am just as strong and fit today as I was in college. I eat just enough to stay slim and healthy and get plenty of rest. I AM 110 lbs at 5'6" (/TBA -0).
