Your reputation is what people think you are; your character is what you are.

You want your reputation and your character to match, but concentrate on your character. You may be able to fool others about the kind of person you really are for a time, but it seldom lasts for long. The surest way to make sure your character and your reputation are the same is to live your life in such a way that nothing you do would embarrass you if it were printed on the front page of the newspaper. Good character means not ever taking ethical shortcuts, even though everyone else may be doing so. You build good character by doing the right thing because it’s the right thing to do.

WOW.. what a slacker I've been!!! I promise I've been working hard to get to my goal.. just haven't been logging on here to report the good news... working on accountability.. really, right?

Today is awesome.. I've had a very stressful last few days but it is up to me how I deal with challenges.. so I'm focusing on the good things in my life and giving the rest up to God. Whew.. I don't envy Him LOL...

I ran outside today for the first time since Wednesday.. It felt sooo good to be on the hilly subdivision roads at 5:30 am again!!! I had an awesome breakfast of protein shake, orange, apple and some nuts... Had a cabbage salad, raspberries, almonds and lots of water for lunch.. I'm so energized about my new heatlh and the fact that I've fallen in love with Tabata workouts!!!! (can't thank you enough Michelle!!) Plus.. Niki.. I can now say that I LOVE Cardio... it makes my heart happy to know that I'm giving it a new lease on life and making that muscle earn its keep

My plan for today is to love life and support others... I'm well on my way of checking off that goal for the day!!!

I am in for the revisit of the Transformation book beginning with chapter 1.... who's in and when do we start?? !!!
