How About Back on Track Challenge?

Who would qualify you asked?

1. Anyone who has completed a BFL challenge in the past.

2. Anyone who in the past felt they were in their best shape ever.

3. Anyone who in the past who just loved the way they felt by being consistent with exercise and eating right.

But now are in need of being back on track to get what they have lost back!

Were curious, would you be interested in a Back on Track Challenge? Does it sound motivating? Does it get your blood flowing?

Before any further details are announced we are in need of seeing what the transformation community temperature is for a possible Back on Track Challenge is?

Cold Warm or Hot?

Wish you were beginning it today, as I am on DAY 1 of my own back on track challenge.

I think this is the perfect name and concept, for most of us around here, anyway.

Silly..congrats on DAY1 for you! I am going to officailly start a day 1 as well but need to get thru til Wed am when I have a home inspection for foster children.I AM eating & doing it all but I want to start w/the Success Journal daily writing etc to keep good track..Did you see Stoney's 12 week set up plan in his blogs? It might help you too. I copied it too..I think THIS group challenge idea is the best ..I feel so stupid at times for falling off the band wagon of health & I feel "aloine" at times with my bad decision..so tou have a GROUP of us would be AWESOME! I am thrilled at this new site & it gives me a even more "get it done" attiutude..NO EXCUSES!...Hugs on your 1st day! Laura

Laura.. You can do it again. Looks like you need to work on consistency we all know the millions of things you do in a day would make it hard for you to stay consistent but give it your best, lets go all the way.. Now does this communication bring back memories

Carlo...I am brought to tears! YES it DOES & it is awesome! I am going to do this,I already promised myself & a few Angel friends ...I have missed my time away but it was NEEDED growth..now I am a better person for all my lessons "learned" and a STRONGER person as well. I am going to give myself the self care I give to all others now ..I also have changed my entire families way of eating because even though Joshie still looks GREAT since you helped him,we actually eat terrible things..I watch now "You are what you eat" ..OH MY GOSH CARLO>>>We will NEVER eat white bread or fry up's or anything PROCESSED!!!! YUCK! In the long run we will all be healthier for it & be able to explain to others how so many are actually ..nutrionally defiecent, even if they are eating!...you are one of my best buds and I am THRILLED to be back & really, truly ready to CHANGE ! Have a great day & say Hi to Rebekah and your precious baby boy for me! Hugs,Laura (p.S Brian turned me on to Hatha Yoga..I do that now and walk..I will increase as I can ,being careful about the back etc...

Laura - I always try to look at the positive side. Yes perhaps some consistency may be needed but the fact that you keep getting back on track instead of giving up is a testament to your spirit and tenacity

Hot!

This is exactly what I need. I was in killer shape in 2005, and then after my divorce in 2006, I made that event my excuse for letting fitness take a backseat - like the very back seat of a very large van! Enough with excuses. It's time to transform from the inside out and finally move beyond my past into a bright new future.

So, I'm in!

RED HOT!!!!! I'm in!!!!

I've been doing BFL for over 3 years, it's my lifestyle. In Novemember last year I was in the best shape of my life, better then when I was in my 20's , I'm not kidding and I'm 54. I slipped a little over the holidays, then caught pneumoina, I continued to try to work out but the pneumonia just wasn't giving me a chance to GET*HER*DONE, Then found out my husband had kidney cancer, AGAIN after 29 years. He is doing fine after just 3 weeks and I am now finally getting myself BACK ON TRACK. All my plans are in my journal and I am ready to start my newest and most improved Challenged. So Please let me know if this gets started, I'm IN!!!!!

Yes, absolutely, i would definitely be interested in the 'Back on Track' challenge. Its a humbling thing to go from being fit and in top form to gaining tons of fat and weight and being embarassed to leave the house, much less have a photo taken! I've refused to buy any clothes that fit this current body, but ive kept my small clothes that havent gone out of style yet, lol, as motivation to shape up. What i realize for myself is that spiritual, mental, and emotional issues are much more powerful than the physical body in its finest shape, and will sidetrack at every opportunity.
