Resetting the Online Challenge Steps Question

I have seen this question on how to reset the challenge steps if you signed up for a new challenge after completing the past one online, but have not seen anyone respond to it. If you open up your profile and your box that shows you what step you are on and click on the link to any step, your old answers appear in the box. Do you have to just type over them or delete them and retype them.

Anyone have the answer yet? Thanks,
Beth

Beth, I asked the same question to support. In the future you will have the ability to reset it. For now they recommend to rewrite over it and post new pictures.

Re-writing is exactly what I've been doing. Clarissa did say that the glitch is being worked on, but nothing yet!

Hi Beth,

Yes, you can type over them and save each one as you move along. However I do want to let you and everyone know that this is being worked on by our TT at this time. As soon as I hear back, I will let you know right here that it has been reset. =)

Have a great evening,
Clarissa

Hi Beth, yes, they have posted that the issue is being worked on.

For now, if you go in and click on Step Complete, you will receive an email. It will give you a link to a PDF format of what you posted in the boxes. You can save it and copy it for reference. Then you can go back in and delete those answers and type in your new answers, click on Step Complete and you will get the same email with the current answers.

Hope that helps!
Carolynn

PS. I see that Clarissa posted while I was writing this. I would suggest that when you get the email with the new answers you copy and save it also so that if by some chance it gets erased when they do the reset you will have your answers. It's an awesome feature they added with the PDF form to save and print!!
