I like this information, this site is wonderful however it is a bit overwhelming when ya get here. I know I will love it here as soon as I get all plugged in. I have many pages of groups to go through to find one that is right for me. May be days!

Estelle. Be sure to get going on your goals now, put a before pic up in your gallery, keep track of your journey all along the way this is a lifetime journey and when the next official challenge begins from Bill you can join right in, your health is top priority. So happy you are getting started on making a difference in your life.

Hi Shane--Thanks a bunch for posting this guide for those of us who are just starting out and are not too sure where to begin. I just got my copy of the Transformation book yesterday, am in the middle of step 1 (and have just posted my none-too-flattering before photos). I'm doing it!

I may have over simplified things. Is a turkey burger, a baked potato, and kale, (all steamed) drizzled with olive oil and dash of salt and pepper for taste, every night, a bad thing? I haven't gotten back in the swing (from 6 years ago when I did EFL correctly) of things. I feel like I intuitively know the right foods, and amounts and times etc. but either I'm lazy or just don't commit the extra planning time. So it's almost the same thing each day. Egg whites, or oatmeal and protein, then a protein shake, then turkey sandwich, then protein shake, then the dinner I mentioned above, then ...this is where I "reward" myself for being good all day, and I eat something which is comforting or NOT the right food in right amounts. It's a nightly battle really....
