My return to Transformation

Hi everyone! Some of you might remember me from a couple years ago. My health and fitness level has only declined since the time I left the community but I'm putting the past behind me and getting back on the path. I've decided to kick start things with the 8-week Summer Transformation Challenge! I'm going to need all the help and support I can get. I hope I can encourage others along the way too. Let's do this!

John, I am restarting the challenge today - any help or support that I can give you I will just send me a message!!! I have recently completed my 18 week challenge and for the first time 100% successful in all areas so I am ready to help and support others!!!

John, I was not here either when you were active but I"m here now and I'm so glad that you decided to come back. Being active and staying connected to the community has helped me so much. This is the one place where I can always go to stay inspired and motivated....If there is anything that I can assist you with please don't hesitate to ask....
