I Have dropped 15 pounds and gained strength the past 4 weeks. I have never been able to make it past a week with a healthy lifestyle. I was taking anxiety medication daily and in the past 4 weeks only had to take them on free days, that was such a wake up call. I feel so alive and energetic, this challenge has changed my life. It is already in my mindset that this is my new lifestyle forever.

3 Key things that are working best for me:

1. 5/25 workouts- quick, effective and intense.
2. Support group on Facebook page
3. Free days - they help me stay on track.
Chelsea, it is so great to read a post like this. When people have their lives really changed in a major way, it is inspirational and uplifting. Keep up the momentum. Keep pushing forward no matter what. You can do this. Thanks for sharing your journey with us!

Since beginning challenge I have dropped 12 pounds, lost 3 inches on tummy and gained inner and outer strength. Most of all have gained my life back! I feel so vibrant, energetic and full of life already. I am already inspiring others including my Wife and Daughters and that is the best part. The 3 key things that are working best for me are:

1. Changing my mindset to not be a perfectionist and not focus on yesterday, only today.
2. Being plugged into support group of people heading the same direction that I am.
3. Genuinely focusing on my dream of helping other people instead of focusing on myself.
Jason, way to come out strong and in charge. I really like the "focus on today" attitude. I have struggled with that myself in the past and even now sometimes. I really believe that getting our heads out of ourselves, so to speak can be very powerful. Thanks for reminding me of that. Fantastic work, so far. Keep up the momentum!

My 4 Week Progress

Started March 5th 2012 166 Lbs 23.1% Bodyfat
April 4th 2012 151.8 Lbs 14.8% Body Fat

Lost 15 Lbs of Fat and reduced body Fat approx 8%

I am so thrilled with Bills new program! I am completely amazed with my results! I can see and start to feel my abs for the 1st time in 22 years! I appreciate all of the support i have been getting with the Transformation community. Starting this program i was completely addicted to Redbull, Coca-Cola, and candy bars. I have eliminated them from my eating habits all together.

My biggest and ugliest challenge of all is kicking cigarettes (a 20 year habit). Starting the challenge I was still smoking a pack a day. The lessons i have learned in the Transformation Book and Members of the community have me on the right track. I am down to smoking 6 to 7 cigarettes a day but I plan to completely kill this ugly habit within the next week or two.

I am grateful to the people who have helped me along the way with their inspiring stories and advice. Thank You.

Thank You Bill for reminding me to see from the other side!!!

MY THREE KEYS:

1. Bills Materials (Book, Radio show, Audio and Videos & Success Stories)
2. 5-25 workout
3. My Journal & Visualizing

Hi Bill! I started Transformation last January and life keeps getting BETTER and BETTER! My goals for the Spring Forward Challenge were to decrease my fat loss, weigh 135 pounds, and increase muscle. Four weeks later I am right on track!!! I end each day with a plan for the next day. Every morning I start with my gratitude journal and a 5/25 workout. I am proud to have dropped 10.5 pounds in four weeks and reached my goal weight of 135. I have lost several inches and noticed a fat loss and muscle definition in my back, shoulders and abdomen. I WONDER what the next 8 weeks will bring. The BEST IS YET TO COME! Thank you for giving me the tools to Transform my life!

The 3 things that work best for me:
1. Daily success planning and following the plan
2. Starting every day with a rampage of appreciation (I love my gratitude journal)
3. Connecting with others in Transformation. The community support has made a HUGE difference in my life : )

Love and BEAR hugs!
Lynnie

Lots of hard work and dedication here on these pages. Thank You for being such great mentors, and setting the bar so high for the rest of us for the remaining days of the challenge. Keep up the excellent job. Mike

4 Week Progress

I have lost 10 lbs. (from 190 to 180) and 11 inches in 4 weeks. I’m feeling really positive about my progress and my ability to succeed.

Three key things that are working for me are:

1) planning ahead and having a back-up plan;

2) staying determined and focused, affirming daily what I want to achieve and not letting anything stop me from realizing my goals; and

3) having patience. I didn’t gain all this weight overnight and accept it will take time and effort to lose it.

When I started this Challenge I weighted 157 lbs, in 4 weeks I weighed 150. In the first four weeks I’ve notice a difference in my shoulders, and in the way I carry myself. I use to crack my back at least 3 to 4 times during an hour meeting, but after 4 weeks of this Challenge, I don’t need to do that anymore! My back is stronger, my stomach feels tighter, and I’m more confident in myself and the choices I make.
The 3 key things that are working best for me are:
1. Staying connected with the people I met at T.camp, including the coaches and Bill. Everyone has been so encouraging and supportive, and they truly want to see me succeed. That motivation has given me the confidence to continue on the Challenge.
2. Posting on T.Camp Forum – I was raised to be independent, not to ask for help because I can do it on my own. I’ve realized that reaching out, asking for support, and giving support back to others has been the key to my success so far.
3. Changing my mindset by reiterating and believing in the motivational and inspirational quotes I’ve heard from others. Such as…Progress over Perfection, Do the work, Course Correction, Focus on what you can do. These sayings have resonated with me and keep me focused.

Having been involved with many Challenges since Jan 2010 with this Transformation community, I find myself continually fine tuning my body. I am an impatient person and have an issue with the limited belief/potential as a person over 60.
I find that my involvemnet in these Challenges along with taking the progress pictures (like these!) proves to me that I can improve with executing daily plans! WooHoo!!!

4 Week Progress

So far I've lost 10 pounds and feel great. I look forward to working out every day. I've recently experienced how bad a 'free' day can make you feel and that definitely motivates me to stay on track with my eating plan and enjoy a free meal instead of a free day.

3 Things that work for me:

To stick to my goal of getting up at 5AM to spend time in God's word.
To take photos every two weeks and be inspired by the progress I'm making.
To be prepared: to pack a snack and my tea when I leave the house.

Maybe you should check the size of it, it told me that my file was to big but I clicked to attach anyway and it worked just fine. Did you click attach on the bar at the top of the message ??? I found this link Clarissa posted about adding photos http://www.transformation.com/forum/...ome-pages.html

You have to click attach at the top and attach your pictures that way, you can do it numerous times or I just made a collage online then added it as one. Hope you get it figured out, I will stay tuned that way I can tell you if it is working or not I also found this link Clarissa posted about posting photos: http://www.transformation.com/forum/...ome-pages.html

I absolutely LOVE visiting this thread!!! It takes a lot to come in here and post before photos but it shows your level of commitment towards making that daily progress towards your Transformation goals!! This is an ongoing journey and it's always nice to know that we are not in this alone, there are so many others out there walking along the same path and TOGETHER we can keep each other going STRONG!!! Congratulations on all of your hard work and dedication, keep that momentum going and no matter what, never ever give up, keep going STRONG!!!

Cinderella had to first recognize that her problem wasn’t her evil step-mother. Her problem was that it was easier to hide out cleaning the house than it was to go out and find happiness … It took some very large ovaries for Cinderella to make a change, to trade in her scrub-brush for a fabulous pair of dancing shoes. But boy, was it worth it!

Week 4 Before and After

Started March 12, 2012: 241lbs.
4 Weeks: April 9, 2012 227.4 lbs.
Photo's taken: April 5, 2012

So far in the challenge I have dropped 14 pounds and made some noticeable gains in strength and muscle. I am medication for bipolar and since taking the challenge I have noticed a huge increase in the stabilization of my moods. Before starting the challenge I was unhappy, depressed and felt suicidal and hopeless, now I finally see a light at the end of the tunnel and I know that I can do this!!! I used to let life live me, now I enjoy living life!!

The 3 key things that have worked best for me are ( hard to narrow it down to 3 lol):

1. the 5-25 workouts, now I know first hand that it doesn't take hours in the gym to see results.

2.Tcom and Camp 4, I know that I always have support, motivation, inspiration, and encouragement anytime that I need it, which is something that I am still getting used too.

3. The nutrition worksheets have helped out A LOT!!! my medication suppresses my appetite so it used to be hard for me to remember to nourish my body because I didn't feel hungry and I would end up eating a huge meal for lunch and dinner. With the worksheets I have learned to plan my meals and this has helped me out tremendously.
