Southern Utah Meet & Greet 5K Fun Run with DUDE.........

Hey all!

May 9th 2009 I'll be hosting a meet and greet 5k fun run in Southern Utah. I want to invite all of you who can attend to come.

The event will take place on Saturday May 9th in Washington City (just outside of St. George) It is an evening run 7 PM. It is cotton days week for the city and they are opening a new bike/running trail and breaking it in with a 5k.

I say fun run because after the 5k we will go out to eat and have a meet and greet.

Here is a link where you can register for the 5k, the cost is $20:
Register for 5K

I look forward to seeing old friends as well as making new ones. We are starting to get a nice little group here in Utah and I think it would be cool if there were an event or meet and greet monthly in the state.

I look forward to hearing from you all.

Yours in Transformation

I really would like to be at the DC area for the Meet-n-Greet but am already committed to a crawfish boil Meet-n-Greet in Louisiana that weekend. Would switch but my son the MARINE is coming home a couple of weeks later so I can save the long drive and still get in a M-n-G and see my boy. Hopefully next time.

Since there was no Meet and Greet scheduled for Northern Nevada, we assembled a group and are putting together a Meet and Greet. We are looking at the last weekend in May (the weekend after Memorial Day weekend). Come on by!

NJ, PA, DE, etc.

I have to tell you that meeting some of the thumbnails that I see here daily was a little distressing for me when they were talking and moving around like real people!

After I got over that, it became very clear to me quickly that here was a way to seriously facilitate those changes I am trying to make in myself by sharing openly with others. It was amazing.

If you haven't tried one of these you should seriously consider it!

Houston Meet and Greet Pictures!

We had a wonderful time at the Houston Meetup at The Houstonian's Library, Saturday, May 2nd. Several out-of-town transformers, DreamAchiever, Dustyluv, KMachate, SMLilac31 and SunshineGerl drove in from places as far as San Angelo and Victoria just to join us!

The group thoroughly enjoyed sharing Transformation stories, eating healthy T-style meals (some of us ate 2 or 3 we were there so long!), We met at 11 a.m. and left at around 5:30 p.m., talking about healthy recipes, training for Denver and turning in our packets.

Heartfelt words were exchanged and a list of names was compiled in order to begin creating some continuity for the group locally.

Our next goal: to meet up with KathyTNT's bunch and ALL of our Transformation friends in Texas!

Pictured are the t.com'ers that participated:

Back Row: SunkissedTexan, Dustyluv, Zooman, SunshineGerl,KMachate, BobbyG1018, Samy
Middle Row: SMLilac31, JCHarwood, LaneyWilie, adw, TxLady81, Nicole
Front Row: DreamAchiever, akcrawford, BrettC, annbarry

Participants, please post your pictures on this thread! We'd love to see and hear what you have to share!
