believing in me. When I had doubts or fears someone was always available with kind words of encouragement, humor, inspiration, quotes, knowledge & love. I never could have gone through this process w/o the faith that others put in me. I think the best way I can help someone through this process is…by giving the same support that I received. I have a passion to pay it forward.I know my physical changes are slow in coming, but my way of looking at life has great value. I will continue to encourage everyone to do the 18 step challenges over & over again. I am committed to helping _absolutely anyone who is open and in need of support through this process so that they may enjoy the same success and rewards I have.

being there with love and humor. I have had some rough personal moments and getting messages of support and encouragement helped me get through the worst of my fears. I think the best way I can help someone through this process is… by offering to help in a way that is needed by the other person.. whether it be strict accountability or jokes. By listening to the person, I can offer what I feel is the best way to support her. I am absolutely committed to helping those in our group, or anyone interested in changing his life through this process so that they may enjoy the same success and rewards I have. I have told many people about my t.com experience. Last edited by Beachwoman : 07-12-2012 at 03:45 AM. |

There were so many people that helped me. First and foremost is Michael and Bill for starting the Mastery. You both have opened me up to a life of peace and the want to live life to the fullest. I had a boss who helped me on my nutrition and talked to me about fitness daily. I have co-workers who helped by keeping me away from the potlucks. They tell me I inspire them to eat healthy and change their life for the good. I met up with some of my T-com friends and hiked, talked, and learned of one another. I was able to share my life without judgement as they encouraged and showed love. Staying connected to like minded people has been the key to my success in these 18-weeks I think the best way I can help someone through this process is… To encourage and be an example. We may not know it but people are watching us all the time when we tell them we are on a fitness plan. Many times I have women post on my FB page that I have inspired them by my postings. Before pictures of when I was 205lb I post for the world to see and it opens a window for people to ask "how did she do that?" This is how I help. I put my meals, exercise, and fitness activities on line for everyone to see. I will post something that is important to me in hopes that it will help someone (it has). Posting of deep emotions, happiness, and encouraging words show people the real me. The more they read the more they will see the real them and want to make the changes. |

My Friend Sonja, Who decided to be on this journey with me, we set up a nutrician plan and held eachother accountable. My boyfriend Jim who was very encouraging by reminding me of my goals and also holding me accountable for my actions. Micheal and Bill for starting Transformation mastery, Their guidelines have helped me so much on my journey, I have achieved more than I thought I was able. I have seen trumendous results in myself and the Transformation mastery group. The Transformation mastery group for being so supportive, honest and loving. Being shown I am not alone in this journey has been most helpful for me I think the best way I can help someone through this process is Giving Compassion, Understanding and Guidance. To Lead by example and follow through on my word. To Love unconditionally and accept another as I now accept myself. To give praise and show hard work obtains results! I am absolutely committed to helping Whoever I can, anyone who reaches out, and just by spreading the message of my transformation through this process so that they may enjoy the same success and rewards I have. |

Supporting me with my fight against alcohol, regarldless of how many times I slipped. I think the best way I can help someone through this process is… by looking after myself and setting an example. By hitting my goals, I will show others that this process works. I am absolutely committed to helping anyone who comes to me for help and support through this process so that they may enjoy the same success and rewards I have. |
