Thank you so much Kathy. I thought I'd give you a break w/ only a 5k, lol! You'll wear your body out doing so many things in support of us!

Today we are participating in a 5k-run for the soul- the personal trainer who organized the event has helped me in the business.
We will walk it since my foot still hurts.
