I just found this great Iphone application that allows me to set up the BFL workouts in them, so I don;t have to carry my paper log around with me. I ran out of paper and this is environementally more friendly. I don't work for the company or anything, but I think this is an awesome tool. I preloaded my Upper Body and Lower Body workouts with sets, reps and weights. It even has a one minute timer for in between sets. Anyway I thought it was pretty cool so for those looking for it. It is called Bodybook and it is $3.99. So far no complaints.
