Treat Yourself to a Sauna Next Time at the Gym

An awesome routine, perhaps for an off day is to go to the gym and do some stretching, some laps, then sit in the jacuzzi to get warmed up, then go into the sauna and get as hot as you can and then step outside and take a cold shower (has to be very cold) or into the "cold dip" if they have one. Do this back and forth repetitively. Now that is a "spiritual" experience !!!

I used to do this at the Bally's in LA because they had an ice cold pool right outside the sauna. Awesome!
