Leg Workout Needed!
I'm getting ready to change up my workout routine and I'm looking for a great leg workout I can do. My gym is equipped with pretty much everything you can think of and they have just finished their first phase of the expansion so there are even more machines and weights etc so the exercises I can do are endless. Any ideas would be great! Thanks everyone! ~Shannon

Yeah, that's what I was wondering ... I can give you a hundred leg exercises, but the question is are you looking for leg exercising using the BFL or a different protocol to do this as well?
