I am asking that everyone in the Transformation Community to pray for my 27 year old son, Bobby, who is battling an alcohol addiction. He has been sober for 3 weeks but is having a rough go of it right now (he refuses to ask for help from a support group or God Himself). It seems the withdrawls have set in and and he is getting very depressed.

Please pray that he opens his heart to our Lord so that he can seek solice in Gods loving embrace. Please pray that he will seek help for his addiction. Please pray that Bobby will come to T.Com and join our loving community.

My dearest Lisa, I will send positive thoughts and energy to your son, but I am going to reveal something about my own personal Spiritual Beliefs here, this is just my own....

I do not usually pray for specifics for other people and this has to do with Free Agency....What I do do is pray for your son's HIGHEST AND BEST GOOD! Only God, the Almighty, and the Loving Universal Energy know what that highest good is, not I....

Pray for his journey in life to be the best it can be for him....that he is wrapped in the loving arms of God and all will be well...

Send him our loving positive thoughts knowing that he is well, he is learning.....believe in him and tell him that everyday!

What do you need Lisa?

and I will send that to you as well, if it is loving thoughts, peace and serenity through this trying time....if that is what you need please let me know......

BobbyG and I are both here for you, if you need us to email him with encouragement. He may relate to Bobby being he is 23 and I'm 46. I have worked with juveniles for the past few years and I do great with them, and it's all drug and alcohol related.

Let me know if we can be of service. Hang in there and give it to God.

Your family will get through this. You are strong and he is strong and when he needs god the most whether he asks or not God will pick him up and carry him until he can start to walk on his own again.
God is gracious and loves us even when we dont love ourselves. He hurts when we hurt. He laughs when we laugh. He rejoices when good things happen and helps us through the bad. Let me know how things go. Keep being there for him. Sabrina
