I'm feeling great!

Week 5 is almost over and I'm feeling SO much stronger and able to do so many things that I couldn't do a month ago! I rode nearly 8 miles on my bike today!

It's an awesome feeling to know that I am doing something about my health!

Blessed to finally be taking care of the body and life God gave me!

Wow... I can really see a change in you! I see the physical changes that are starting to take root, but even more so, your entire presence has shifted. There is a 'lightness' to you now. I could really see it. I think it's fantastic! Congratulations!
