My #1 transformation goal is overcoming procrastination.. as it is deep rooted doubt (I can't do it good enough so why bother starting) or just dang laziness that is causing it. Making lists to get things done & chunking it down to focusing on 1 or 2 things per day is really helping. And of course, it's a great feeling to have that sense of accomplishment.

I can so relate to you. I am really bad about putting things off. I have found that if I make a list the day before with a time frame I can get things done. This holds true with everything except getting more exercise and quitting smoking. I can always come up with an excise to wait till later.
