totally 2nd this.. to stomp the inner critic.. continually celebrate, record, doodle, journal.. whatever is your preferred method.. any successes of the day. Even if 1 thing. Your subconcious will start to take that continual imprinting as instructions to "repeat" more of those successes.. it will help you and start to move the inner critic aside.. as it's busy helping you get more of those successes. This has to be done with consistency to be effective.

Count your wins every single day, each win adds up

I am very hard on myself, but what I do when I realize that I am getting so hard on myself that I bring myself down. I give it to God.

Ok that is my middle name. "Hard on myself" lol!! I am like that with most everything. I just joined here today. I am excited to start! I did BFL years ago and did well. But this time I am going to completely rock it! I don't do anything halfway its all or nothing. I'm trying to find others around me that will compete with me in fun. Just because if I think someone else is working harder I will push myself. I do realize all who don't quit are winners...it just makes it fun and the motivation up I guess.
The on time I did BFL I had a gym in my home and worked out at home. Now I have a gym membership. Should help I think! As long as I go when its not too busy.
Here's to a new beginning!!!
