delicious and SO much FUN to make! If you have never made them before you have got to give them a try. This is the recipe that inspired me to make them..and since we are going gluten free....these are perfect since they use rice paper wrappers. I forgot to get a pic of what we made tonight, but we filled ours with rice, carrots, mushrooms, cilantro and chicken. I did make the dipping sauce (just not with lemon grass.....used lemon zest instead) and it was very good. Will be making them again very soon with a different filling. OH...I should also add that we did not use Mirin. So....rice paper is very easy to work with...give it a try!

We LOVE making these and they are delicious. My family would eat them everyday if I made them!
