animal meat used in protein powder?

I heard a rumour that some whey protein powders use animal meat along with the whey--is this true? Does anyone know what ingredient it is labeled under? Thank you.

Whey is a milk product so as long as is says whey you should be fine Gelatin is an animal product but it is from hooves I believe.
