Need help
I am trying to set up my menu, and they all say have some sort of egg white in your breakfast. I can't eat eggs at all. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Here is a list of protein alternatives: Rightlight (nutrition shake) +Protein (pure protein, can add to oatmeal, cereal, and many other items) Chicken breast Turkey breast Lean ground turkey Swordfish Orange roughy Haddock Salmon Tuna Crab Lobster Shrimp Top round steak Top sirloin steak Lean ground beef Buffalo Lean ham Egg whites or substitutes Trout Low-fat cottage cheese Wild-game meat |

I love, love, love mixing my cold cereal with Right Pure Vanilla Protein Plus! I mix it with skim milk...It tastes like a yummy treat and a great way to start the day off with a complete balanced meal! Another option is cottage cheese! I sometimes even have one piece of toast with one package of Right protein plus!
