My take on one from EFL that gets me over pie cravings:
1 Scoop Vanilla 1/2 small carton FF Key Lime Yogurt 1 tsp. frozen Lime-Aid concentrate Little water, Lots of Ice Key Lime Pie! (Adding the yogurt gets the consistency right) |

This is a great idea! I just ordered my first box of Right shakes but have not received them yet. I told my friend the hardest thing for me was drinking the shakes, but I never saw so many different options - I will try many and see what works for me! Thank you for this great idea.

This makes two servings:
1 packet vanilla right, myoplex, whatever mix you have 8 oz skim milk a few big spoonfuls of NO sugar added cherry pie filling (depends on how cherry you like it; could also use strawberries or any fruit you like) a couple packets of splenda 2 cups of ice Blend until smooth...it is YUMMY

I'm definately trying some of these. I have the key lime one on my menu for tomorrow as well as the peach sorbet one, although that one will only happen if I make it to the grocery store.

Okay - I just received the RIGHT mix today in the mail and tried my first shake - a simple banana and ice mixture. I am so excited that they taste great! I was really having a difficult time with the Myoplex lite. This will really help me out with my afternoon and evening meals! RIGHT mix tastes great!

these recipes sound awesome and yummy.. I guess I'm boring.. I usually just put lot's of ice in them.. If I drink the vanilla, I like to add frozen fruit.. like blueberries and strawberries.. I have used natural peanut butter in the chocolate.. it's way good, but adds calories so be careful not to add too much.

OK, I just tried my first Right Light Chocolate shake....dang is that good! My friend Casie had a great idea! splenda has these new packets that are flavored. She had Hazelnut with her and told me to try it in the shakes. It was really good! Added a little sweetness and flavor, perfect at work when I have to make a quick shake and no time to blend it up. Shaker works great for this one.
