Even though I started out my day yesterday being discouraged. I grabbed it by the horns and wrestled it to the ground The rest of my day was great! Good eating, good exercising, fun with my students and just really enjoying my day.The support I received from transformation was awesome. It sure helps us move forward....

Today was awesome and it seems that each day I am so thankful for the wonderful support here. It really is a great community and just knowing that everyone goes through what I am experiencing makes it that much easier to accept when you mess up.
