Happy 4th everyone. Please take a minute and reflect on what this day is really about and be thankful. Pray for those in Iran who can't even make their voices heard without fear of death.

Havy a great 4th, Enjoy those fireworks everyone. This is my finsih-line weekend, and for me, those fireworks are going to have just a little extra meaning to them!

Hello you Warriors
Thought I would drop by and wish everyone a great Independence weekend. Everyone sounds so great here. Still doing my Denver training and ran a personal best this morning. Ran 7.1 miles on the open road around surburbia. Finsished up in 66 minutes. |
