Words of Wisdom
Jenn ~ April 2011

“At times our own light goes out and is rekindled by a spark from another person.
Each of us has cause to think with deep gratitude of those who have lighted the flame within us.” ~ Albert Schweitzer

Be Thankful

Be thankful that you don’t already have everything you desire,
If you did, what would there be to look forward to?

Be thankful when you don’t know something
For it gives you the opportunity to learn.

Be thankful for the difficult times.
During those times you grow.

Be thankful for your limitations
Because they give you opportunities for improvement.

Be thankful for each new challenge
Because it will build your strength and character.

Be thankful for your mistakes
They will teach you valuable lessons.

Be thankful when you’re tired and weary
Because it means you’ve made a difference.

It is easy to be thankful for the good things.
A life of rich fulfillment comes to those who are
also thankful for the setbacks.

GRATITUDE can turn a negative into a positive.
Find a way to be thankful for your troubles
and they can become your blessings.

Hello All and Tara! I am grateful for this group even though I haven't been here for a while. I wanted to share a cartoon with everyone - I don't know how to load it up here so here's the link... Life time intention Cartoon / Bill Phillips Transformation.

I tried to read your cartoon Bea but it was a bit too small print for my eyes.

The following might help you.....

1. Go to the website photobucket.com

2. Register for a free account and then download all of the images you would like to use here at t.com

3. Once you have successfully loaded your image, photobucket will give you four image link codes to use.

4. If you are posting in a forum thread or blog, the code you will need is called “direct link”

5. When posting in forum thread, you will click on the little mountain and a separate box will appear; PASTE the direct link code in that box and hit OK

6. If you are posting in a blog, you will click on the tree and a separate box will appear; PASTE the direct link code in that box and hit OK

7. If you are wanting to add pictures to your homepage, go to your edit profile tab on your home page, and click the little yellow "Insert Image" icon and a separate box will appear; PASTE the direct link code in that box and hit Submit.

I am thankful for whoever wrote up these instructions so I could copy them.
(I think it was either Mellie or Clarissa)

I am thankful that the Vanilla Rightlight is back in stock
I can make the Banana Protein pudding once again .... LOVE that pudding!!!

I am thankful for my Mom and her steadfast encouragement.

I am thankful for my consistent effort over the past 12 weeks
It allowed me to remove 18 pounds of unhealthy weight from my body.

I am thankful for YOU!!!!
