I wish I was at our "Block-head" training... I miss my job, just don't miss the drama from the "Blunder buddies". That's ok, with your support & the community & the transformation...I am SO going to ROCK that "Green Uniform" out there! Didn't make it to the gym, felt nauseated all day-it's not the food, it's the medicine the dr's are making me take. The cure is worse than the disease. Anyway, enough of that! Mom is in the hospital so I will be up in Fresno most of the day tomorrow. Wanna go to the gym Wed. after training? Text me!

You are doing awesome! I experienced ups an downs in results....some times not much at all and then all the sudden my pants were falling off!!! Focus on doing the work ...exercising, nutrition and inner work. The physical will just happen. It's amazing...you will be shocked:)

Getting into shape and setting the example for others to follow.

Get into shape.Be more productive at home and work.Start enjoying life with my new body.Help others see the path and inspire them to walk down it.

My Intentions

To workout at least 6 times a week, and eat only the right (authorized) foods. Learn to enjoy healthy foods again. Basically live the teachings of Bill and Sean Phillips.
