Have some strawberries for me, Hana! All the temperate climate fruits here are imported and SO expensive. A kg of ripe local mango here is about 1.50 US but you get a teeny, tiny pack of Driscoll Farm strawberries for 9 USD - aaaargh!! Nikky ;)
So proud of all the progress you've made Hanna. You're going to be a huge success in your Coaching venture because you have a heart for others and a depth that will help guide them lovingly in the direction of their dreams. Have a great holiday weekend.
If falling behind on assignments is the determining criteria for having your membership revoked, I'm in big trouble ... LOL. You are valued Hanna. We all move at our own pace. You're doing fantastic from everything I'm seeing. All my best.
Hanna, Alot of times I see you as pure perfection & it is intimidating. Thank you for days like today when you openly shared your imperfect nibbles. You still came out w/ a glowing win of 2" off the waist. Wa hoooo!!!! Sherri
Hanna - I'm sorry to hear that you didn't think your coaching oral exam went well, but I think you are right to just let it go for now and see what happens. Personally, I have a tough time believing that you did as poorly as you think ... you have a wonderful way with words and your coaching blogs are outstanding. I'm sure you did much better than you think. ;) Hope you can relax now that it's over and enjoy the rest of your day. Hugs, Kari
I just wanted to say THANK YOU for sharing your blog & video about vulnerability yesterday. I read & watched it today, and WOW, was the message just what I needed to hear! Your blog really opened my eyes and allowed me to look at myself in a new light. I am the "private, introspective, perfectionist" personality who has a very hard time with vulnerability ... so it appears I have a lot to think about and digest to apply these lessons to my own life. Thank you for sharing so openly with us ... you make a difference! Hugs, Kari
I am a 40 something year old writer and wellness coach who is passionate about feeling good--body, mind, and spirit. More and more, I am letting go of limitations and becoming the best possible version of me. As I take care of myself, my relationships get better and better, my life get's fuller, and my level of joy is soaring in unexpected ways.
Lasting change comes from the inside out. In the past, I have had amazing results from working out and dieting (using Body for Life), but I didn’t maintain it. What had to change was my thinking--about me and my "worthiness,” about my body, about who I am and what I want, and who I am willing to allow myself to be. Overcoming negative, sabotaging thinking takes effort, but it can be done! Every day, my life gets better. I deserve it. I am worth it. And so are you!
My Goals
By Jan 2, 2011:
·
I will have maintained my weight.
·
I will be regularly working out 20 to 60 minutes a day, 6 to 7 days a week.
·
I will continue my meditation practice and make staying in alignment with my Source dominate intention.
My Intentions
To be in alignment with my Source as much as possible and put my connection to Source first.
Uplift the hearts of others and teach by the power of my example.
To recognize my body as a creation of Source and to appreciate it, move it, and feed it to have fun, be energized, and maintain an active and healthy life.
To love myself, love others, love my work, love my life, and love this world in which I live.
Who I'd Like to Inspire
I would like for all of my words--whether written or spoken--and my very being and vibrational projection to uplift all those who cross my path.
Wishing you joy on this day. I am grateful our paths intertwined. Happy Thanksgiving. Love, Micky
Happy Healthy Transforming Wednesday! God's Gracious Blessings~ Love and Hugs, Diane xox
