blustery day

exercisethe past few days wind has been a huge factor. sustained wind 25 mph with gusts 40-66 mph is nothing you can ignore!with 11 days until 26.2 today I ran for 1 hour at the beach today I had to get out there but I did not like it one bit for the first 15 minutes strong steady cold wind in my face not so bad but on a beach run that means you get a nice bonus a free microdermabrasion~AKA sandblasting! 14 mile

exercisetoday was a 14 mile run in 2:15 it was so windy strong headwind first 7 miles and loved the strong tail wind on the way back! if you are going to have wind that is the way that works for me. nothing hurt I rested for a few days and my shins feel better thank God because 13 more days until my 26.2. so many people running here in Los Angeles~ fun to watch everyone training!food today is a free daymood is thankful and content...

Sheri VS the HILLS

SCREAMING LOUDLY!!! just ran 20 miles

I am tired but nothing hurts too badI ran an out/backfrom mile 0 on bike path in Redondo Beach to mile 10 up in El Segundo it took 4 hours 35 minutes now to taper off and no more long runs my first full length Marathon is 23 days away! Rest is nice

27 days until I run Los Angeles Marathon my farthest run to date 19.5 miles in ~4 hours 3 days ago and I am still sore! today is a rest day for me and I GET TO go to work 2 great NBA games on today I will miss because I am working~oh well too much to watch lately between NBA and Olympics so I need to be selective or else I will end up sitting for 8 hours doing nothing.
