Wishing you and your family all the best Jonathon. My son's will be starting his 2nd season with the Tulsa Ballet in July! With the free gym membership provided by the ballet, he put on about 20lbs of muscle. Roger

I am a man full of passion for life. I'm married to my lovely wife Julia and have 2 beautiful daughters. We also have a son on the way. I care about getting healthy so I can be around for my family in years to come.

I love computers and music. By day I'm a software developer. Any spare time I have (when I'm not with my family) I love playing the guitar and writing music. I play in the praise team at my church. I also have a home recording studio.

I've wasted so many years of my life living unhealthy. It has held me back from really LIVING and ENJOYING life to the fullest. I am so thankful to have found this wonderful T.com community. I am taking back my life! I want to live life to the fullest and savor every moment possible.

To me, Transformation Means

A complete life change. Not just physically, but emotionally and spiritually.

My Goals

1. I will finally have control over my health, making positive changes in my mental and physical condition. I will be setting the example for my family.

2. I will gain confidence and satisfaction with my path to improved health. I will see the benefits and changes in my mental attitude and physical body.

3. My after photo will show the work I've accomplished! There will be less bodyfat, and a toner body. I'll also be wearing a very excited smile!

4. The changes I experience will prove to myself that I can transform my life to something greater!

My Intentions

My lifetime intentions are to live to my full potential, be there for my family, face my fears and push through them, set high goals and attain them, reach others through my music, inspire others to achieve their dreams, keep an open mind and a grateful heart, and follow God's will for my life.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

If I could just inspire 1 person to transform their life too, I would feel honored and blessed. I also want to inspire my children to be strong, healthy, and not afraid to reach for seemingly impossible goals.
