   The Dental health care worker is subject to long working hours, poor ergenomics in patient care, and great difficulty in getting breaks throughout the day for timely meals and water consumption, not to mention stress.   Like many professions, it can be very challenging for us to be consistant in maintaining the rules of the road in a Transformation. 

   This group is ideal for any dental worker that is serious about changing their health, both physically and spiritually, through the Transformation principles.  If you are a support staff member, dentist, hygienist, expanded functions, or the ever precious dental assistant, then this group is for you.  We will discuss our challenges and provide encouragement as we change our lives, and hopefully affect other lives around us. 

   Dental professionals are an extremely important part of the general health care community.  With most recent links of periodontal disease to obesity, not to mention the rise of dental caries due to poor eating habits, it is time for us to be a voice and good example of optimal health.
