Bill Phillip's | Transformation

There is myself, a 45 year old house wife and small business owner and my three daughters.  We live a sedintary life and eat what my husband cooks for us.  He is half Italian and half English.  Although a great cook, not very health conscious. We have bursts of lets get fit and it lastas about 2 or 3 days and then we go back to our same lifestyle.  We are all looking to change and are all commiting to this challenge.  We are going to get started in the month of December.  The toughest month of the year.  If we can do it this month we can stick with it and make it a life!!,
