I Am

I'm Chris. I am a former personal trainer, body for life contestant, and recently completed my first transformation challenge in May of 2009. I was able to far exceede all of my physical goals during my transformation and even lowered my cholesterol by over 100 points. I have been exercising now for over 15 years and I understand wholeheartedly what it is like to lose weight, put it back on, and lose it again. I am someone with a great understanding about fitness, nutrition, exercise etc.. and now thanks to Bill Phillips and so many people in this community I am finally gaining a tremendous insight on what it means to transform from the inside out. I am someone who is continuing on and started my second transformation on January 1, 2010. I am someone who has benefitted greatly from this community and would be happy to share my experiences with anyone else.

Getting FIT all the way around and in every way....emotionally, spiritually, physically.
