Hi , The name spinnerdiva came from a gym contest few years back that my friend and I did as a team. We happen to be spinners ! My husband is an instructor . Best advise for your first time , just make it through and do your own workout ! It takes a few times to feel comfy on the bike , and your rear will hurt , but trust me it DOES go away and you will be fine ! Lynn

Hi Tracey, It was a really nice suprise getting your note...I hope you a travelling well. I was very impressed with your run...what an achievement. It is heading into summer here...so I had a great ride this morning out along the river....past the Cadbury's Chocolate Factory...always smells so good....pity it is not pure protien.... I Am

I am fearlously pursuing life and things I enjoy. I have not always done this, but it is much more fun then sitting in the recliner and watching life pass by and being to depressed to care. I love my family, friends and learning to love myself more everyday through what I'm learning here.

To me, Transformation Means

Living life with all the peace, love and joy to share! To be present in my life not detached, living inside myself watching life pass me by while sitting in the recliner ignoring the outside world. Feeling LOVE, and loving others. Feeling LOVEABLE. Sharing my blessings with others and having JOY. Giving to others in various ways with no expectation of anything in return. Having a servants heart.

My Goals

I will lose 30# pounds during this 18 week challenge which I began Jan. 4, 2010. I will run a 13.1 half marathon in Dallas. In 2:30.

My Intentions

To change my life and the way I see myself. To encourage people, and to find my bliss! I want to be physically strong so I can mountain bike in beautiful places around the world and truly love myself so I can love others fully.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

My family and friends and whoever I can!
