a week ago. I know I am a bit slow on blogging, this is also my first blog. I walked into the entrance of the shopping mall and just as I got through the glass doors this man dropped. I rushed over to help him and checked for a pulse, there was no pulse. Their was another lady that came to help...

I Am

Helen & I am 43 years young, single & I have 3 beautiful children & I have a grand baby Tilii-Rose born on 14th January 2011(I love you guys so very much). My daughter Naomi 18, my son Nick 9 & my darlin Michaela 7. I feel very lucky to have really great kids. I have made some huge changes in my life lately & I feel very happy.I am in debt to Bill as he started this fantastic supportive website transformation.com where you get so much support & great advice on health, fitness & eating the healthy way. I have entered "The Challenge" and I am taking this opportunity and holding it in my hands and running with it as fast as I can GO! My daughter Naomi turned 18 on Jan 28th 2011 & has entered Bills' challenge also. So most days we get to workout together. I love to get up just before the sun rises to do my cardio at the beach. I live on one of Australia's famous beaches & couldn't imagine living any place else. Naomi & I have an awesome gym set up in the garage that we use everyday.

My Favorite Charity

Make- A- Wish Foundation, this charity gives children their most "Precious Dreams". The Cancer Foundation is very close to my heart also.

To me, Transformation Means

Good Lifestyle changes you have made and they stay with you for the rest of your life! Transformation means to me... You are about to go to a place like no other place you have ever been to before. It's not only about having the great body but these changes will pretty much transform all aspects of your life.

My Goals

TO GET TO finish a "Transformation Challenge 2011!!! To get to my goal weight. I will then set new goals for myself. :)

My Intentions

Is to do this challenge from "START to FINISH" on this Awesome transformation journey, I hope to inspire others on this website to do this same "LIFE INSPIRING CHALLENGE" & that I support anybody I can on Transformation.com. It would be so fantastic to give support back as I have been given so much great support in the past & the present from people in the transformation community in past months.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

People who are around me everyday as I am very much a people person. After I finish this challenge which will be in my life for the rest of my life, I want to help other people with there transformation in any way I can, & with these positive changes that I have made and still making in my life I will inspire my kids in every aspect of there life also.
