Helen Piispanen 40 years old, & I am currently separated and have 3 beautiful children.
My daughter Naomi (15 yrs), my son Nick (7 yrs) & my baby girl Michaela (4yrs old) who just happens to tell me that everyday she is a big girl now :)
I feel very lucky to have 3 fantastic kids although some of my life has not been so good.
I have separated from my husband, have had bouts of severe depression over the last 2 years and have had 3 family members pass away.
My life has changed drastically since Bill has started this fantastic website transformation.com
I have entered "The Challenge" and I am taking this opportunity and holding it in my hands and running with it as fast as I can GO!
Although my daughter is only 15 and cannot enter Bills' challenge on the website she is doing the challenge with me at home here as we have an AWESOME gym in our garrage.

My Goals
TO GET TO be a transformation winner from "THE CHALLENGE" 2008!!! To get to my goal weight, & to move to The Gold Coast here in Australia(actually it is only 30 mins away from me now) in 6 months time.
These are the only 3 goals I will tackle for now, and WHEN I reach these 3 goals, I will then set new goals for myself.
I say WHEN because there is no IF for me!
When I get to my goal weight I will be strong willed, healthy, spiritually strong & a yummy mummy again & hopefully so much more :)
My Intentions
Are to help myself through this Awesome transformation journey, "The Challenge", and then I hope I have inspired other people to come on board to this awesome transformation website so I can help others in every possible way. It would be fantastic to give support back as I have been given in past weeks.
Who I'd Like to Inspire
People who are around me everyday as I am very much a people person.
After I finish this challenge which will be in my life for the rest of my life, I want to help other people with there transformation in any way I can, & with these positive changes that I have made and still making in my life I will inspire my kids in every aspect of there life also.
