Hi there I saw your post in the Nutrition thread and wanted to comment here as well. Sometimes some of the foods use has sodium in it as well so definitely be careful in that area. Technically we are only suppose to consume no more that 2300mg of salt daily thats about a tsp a day. Have to be careful there....that's why I like utilizing fresh herbs and spices it brings different flavors to the recipes. =) God bless Jerome

Then you can go to their profile page and ask them anything you want on comments or e-mail them and they will get back to you, they really know how to do it right. Transformation is the best I know of for fixing that one stubborn issue for most of us; weight. Stubborn weight is more than just a calorie intake/expenditure problem... for me. But with the support of others, and by taking part in a challenge, I changed all of that and haven't felt better. I feel great and I know I have so much more to look forward to. My life has changed completely, and the 100lbs. of stubborn yo-yo diet weight is gone and it's been almost a year. It can work for you too. It will work if you give it your best effort and keep coming back!
