Balancing time and Life's priorities

I have been MIA for a couple of days from this community. To make matters worse, I might not be able to spend as much time as I was spending actively logged in on T.com. There are times when priorities shift in our lives and we need to make adjustments.  My partner is 4 weeks away from her due date and there is a lot of stuff that still needs to be done to get ready. The basic baby stuff is ready, that is not that complicated, since th...

Aches and Pains in the Journey Towards Denver

OK guys, I am getting a bit concern because as my training for the ½ Marathon progresses, old injuries are giving me a harder time. My cardiovascular conditioning and general strength is great and improving, BUT My knees are hurting a lot!!! I had to cut the distance short on my last 5 mile run and walk most of the way back home. I have to stretch, ice and massage A LOT during the day or the pain during the day walking or going up/do...

Time – A Challenge and A Balancing Act

Facing the Truth – Did I Really Begin?

One of the great aspects of the Transformation program, specially if we follow it as a tool for daily evolution, is the fact that I have to be brutally honest and face the reality of where I am (physically, mentally, spiritually) on a regular basis.   Well, my jaw almost fell off my face in disappointment, when I faced the mirror and took new pictures in order to prepare for the start of Round 2 of my Transformation in 2009. In my hea...

Why Do I Let My Mind Slow Me Down?

What is it that I fear? Why do I pay attention to the thought that says “it is not possible”? I know there is a lot of potential inside me to be realized. I know that other people have been able to accomplish great goals after putting their minds, hearts and actions into reaching them. They are everyday people accomplishing great things. They do not have special powers. Most of them started with situations and conditions st...
