Hey,Lisa! I'm from Maryland! My mother and sisters and brothers still live there! Now I live in Kansas City. I moved here to be near my grandkids. I'm 57. Maybe we can meet sometime. I'm going to Maryland in June. My mom lives in Annapolis. Dallas was awesome! There are no words!

Hi Lisa,,,,,unfortunately I can't make the get together,,,,,,it's the day before Valentines Day so I'll be working that day,,,,,,I think it's Towson Mall that day. Annapolis the week before that. The days all run together after a while : ) I know you will have a blast though!! Hugs, Jenny

I Am

50 years old and finally enjoying being me! Like so many women, I had pretty much given myself over to tending to my family's needs...and didn't spend enough time on myself and most importantly, my health. I kind of got lost in the process. Bill's assignments and being here in this wonderful community have helped me face the past and let it go.

To lose 50 lbs, achieve a healthy BMI and blood pressure reading...and rock a sleeveless dress this summer!

My Intentions

I intend to follow a healthy, clean diet and get some kind of exercise every day. I intend to stop listening to the inner negative voice that tells me I'm fat, weak and not in control. I intend to accompish all this by believing in my potential.
