Lesson #8: Lowest level habit
1 of my lowest level habits over my life has been too worried about what others think. Avoiding stressing my opinions or worried about how someone may react.. This has improved over past couple years but something I need to continue to be focused on. That its ok to be ME and express my thoughts, feelings and what I want without those fears of others reactions. In fact, people appreciate and respect others way more when they see & hear that person's authentic self. I need to allow my authentic self to express itself more. The other low level habit is PROCRASTINATION often based on doubt or laziness. I am starting to do a better job of keeping lists of things to do and working through them. I also will book time to ensure things get done especially around the house.
These 2 habits, if overcome and action taken with confidence will be huge transformation keys for me. The benefits will be deeper connections with others, more things getting done so a true sense of accomplishment, increased confidence and a sense of being a leader and in control of things.. It will also make my wife happy as it drives her nuts sometimes when I don't get things done I said I would. So, the relationship would also become closer.

I think that once we discover our lowest level habits. we can really start to change. I think you have identified a lowest level habit that will make a huge difference in your life as you change it. It IS okay to be you and to express your thoughts. Being authentic is a wonderful feeling, and don't we all appreciate others who are authentic with us?
