Transformation Lesson #3
Focus on nutrition
I am very familiar with Bill's advice on nutrition - right combo's, right portions, right times.. and have been following that over past year for most part. Where I need to focus more attention is on portion sizes.
Over next 18 weeks, I'll also integrate the precision nutrition system of earning starch carbs as post-workout meal and ensuring raw veggies in 5 of 6 meals minimum. If I am meeting my exercise goals on a consistent basis and diligent on meal portions, healthy choices etc.. I will add oatmeal as 1st meal of day.
I also will spend more time preparing the meals from EFL & Gourmet Nutrition books. I am eating too much of the same foods lately!
I will also avoid ALL junk food. No need for it. Only exception is a couple pop at a party (which may be twice/month). That's it. Being an endomorph, I have to be very concious that I hold fat easily.
