Happy Mother's Day and YEAH for you on your challenge! I'm so glad to see you here! I was a big momma. My daughter kept asking when I was going to have that baby in my tummy .... and I wasn't pregnant. My oldest said he just wanted me to be happy. I felt terrible by the example I was setting for my children.  I made it to the other side, and you absolutely can do this - we do not fail by trying. If you need an internet workout buddy to check in on you, answer questions, or even vent when you need to, this is the right place. How do you follow such a giant! I mean, a personal from the man himself.  Seriously, it's so cool to see you here and you are here for a reason and I know the community welcomes you. I also have learned that my kids have learned to respect me because I have worked through many difficult places in my life that I am sure they were as well as I was ashamed. No one and I mean no one will ever be able to take away from you what you work so hard to obtain and transform right before your God and therir eyes!!!! They will learn from you what it takes to never quit and work through difficult times. in their own lives We all have them and is when people like you face your fears and makes the change that you are embarking on that will give hope and stregth to those you care about when they need it.,  You have many cheerleaders now so enjoy the Transformation! I do have to say though I wasn't smiling much myself when I dropeed the vacuum cleaner on my toe before I had a work out planned! I just found another way to work out!  Marty

I am so proud of you to have the courage to join us and I as well as so many here care about you and your health. When I say health I mean your body mind and spirit. You are making the right step by telling the truth. The same truth I realized when my son took a picture of me with his camera and showed it to me and said you are fat dad. I was hurt and ashamed. After I finally said to him Youre right and admitted it . I said I will do something. Then came along Body for Life! and I hope you are watching my story meet Marty Goldman. I am saying this to you not to promote me , but to let you know this is a real ,live, living, truthful story of my Transformation. I am not any differnet then you. The thing that got me through is this team of people and my desire to have a Transformation take place. Plus the same thing you care about my family. You have just made the same decision I have  .. Welcome aboard and I am here for you along the way ,just call on me and all the great poeple aboard our team to be in the trenches with you. I so agree with what Bill said Feel the fear and Do it Anyway and I would like to add do it with us so you are not alone in your fear.
