I Am

Right now, I care most about my 3 year old daughter. She is beginning to emulate my habits and I have to teach her now about the importance of great health. If I am not fit than this cannot be accomplished. There is nothing more important to me than her well being and learning process. I have been trying to become very fit for many years. What is different this time is that my daughter has really started to pay attention to my every move and I feel a great sense of repsonsibility to put her on the right path. I am married and a father of one. My wife and I will not have another child until we have transformed our health.

My Favorite Charity

March of Dimes

To me, Transformation Means

A better life, No longer having to worry about my health, Living up to one of my responsibilities as a father and that is put my daughter on a path to success. It begins with her at a young age. Transforming everthing about me as a person, not just my body.

My Goals

1) Change my mental approach to fitness. There are some things in my life that I do not compromise, Fitness has to be one of them.

2) Change my food. I have to treat my body with the respect that it deserves.

3)To post my initial before pictures and post pictures every week until I have completed 18 weeks.

Transformation 2010 Goals:

1) 215 pounds
2) Successfully train for the half-marathon in Reno, NV on May 2nd 2010. Then run and complete the half-marathon.

My Intentions

I plan to take my before pictures today 1/1/2010 and complete my assignments and begin to change my life and positivley influence my family, especially my little girl!! Be a transformation champion!

Who I'd Like to Inspire

Elizabeth Rose (4 years old) If she is happy and healthy, then I am as well. It is my repsonsibility to be a positive role-model for her. Also I want to inspire my family, friends and co-workers to join me in making the change.
