DILIGENCE...key to FAITH and overcoming fear!

Here's an excerpt from my previous blog...... 

We are like a farmer who gets his fields ready for the crops.  The farmer lets the soil rest, he tills the soil, he plants the seeds, he fertilizes and he irrigates....he readies his crops and does all that is within his power - the rest is up to God and in God's hands...God controls nature and what happens to those seeds and how much crop there will be at harvest time, it is out of the Farmer's hands as long as the Farmer did everything within his power to give the crops the best chance that they had.  Our hearts and lives are the same...we are the Farmer and we need to stay in the Word, pray, meditate and keep with our spiritual fitness, our spiritual disciplines...soften our hearts so they are ready for everything that God has in store for us and so they have the right conditions to have a wonderful hearvest and bear beautiful fruit.  Do our part just like the farmer does his and we will have a great harvest, wonderful blessing poured on us!

Faith...aka trust - helps conquer all of those negative emotions: fear, anger, jealousy, anxiety, anxiety, etc. and gives us confidence.  We become strong through faith in our ability to return to our higher selves through diligence....
 
Diligence...4 things with this and it's funny right along the same lines with what I said in my latest blog about "Don't fear....TRUST".  With diligence we maintain our best practices and we stay mindful of what happens in each moment.
 
              1.  "Don't turn on the negative seeds"....Don't manifest the negative thoughts...keep them in storage in the basement
              2.  "The way to stop their manifestation".....If the negative thought does come upstairs to the "living room"....replace it quickly with a positive seed and manifest that positive seed ....don't nurture the negative seed...the positive seed will quickly take over and send the negative back to the "basement storage" where it belongs
               3. "Invite a good seed to manifest".....Nurture the positive thoughts.....stay calm, smile, be in the moment, look at the positives, the "I get tos"...nurture all of these
               4.  "Keep it in our mind as long as possible"...Keep the positive thoughts......when the positive thoughts do manifest try to keep them in the "living room" as long as you can.  Soak them up.  Keep them there with mindfulness....

Practice Mindfulness....Mindfulness develops concentration....You can practice meditation just about anywhere.....sitting meditation, walking meditation, eating meditation and trying to be in the moment...awareness...don't think about the past or future..enjoy the beatiful, positive things around you.  Smile, breathe in for calmness and when you breathe out...smile.  Mindfulness enables us to be truly present and not living in the past or the future.  When you are mindful, you are recognizing what is going on, what is happening in the here and now.  When you recognize something positive, you can enjoy, you can get the nourishment, the healing, just by recognizing the positive element.  Mindfulness can help you to practice looking deeply, understanding and releasing.  Mindfulness will help you to nourish yourself and heal yourself.
