My visualization for today....I have the power!

Today I have been visualizing and praying for God to clothe me in his power.

Ephesians 6:10: Be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power.

Ephesians 1:18-20 I pray also that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, and his incomparably great power for us to believe. That power is like the working of his mighty stength, which he exerted in Christ when he raised him from the dead.

Psalms 59:16 But as for me, I will sing about your power.  I will shout with joy each morning because of your unfailing love.

With God's help I have the power to....

Meet my daily goals

Run!

Be impeccable with my words!

Take nothing personally

Make no assumptions

Be the best I can be!

Conquer temptations and stay on course!

Ephesians 4:16 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, ¹⁵and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. ¹⁶In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. ¹⁷Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. ¹⁸And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the saints.

A prayer for power....

Dear God, 

I can't fathom the kind of power

You have at Your disposal.

And to think that through Your Son,

I have access to that power! 

I want to use it, Lord,

I want to want it for all the right reasons,

You promised that if anyone

asked for Your Holy Spirit, You would give it.

So here I am, knocking, asking.

Give me Your Spirit, and fill me with power.

Yes, clothe me with power from on high.

Be powerful through me.

Be powerful in those moments when I am weakest.

Give me faith to beieve in Your power

and the grace to seize every opportunity 

to let it accomplish Your will for my life.

More power to me!
