Jane, I just read your blog entry titled "Shedding". Wow, you ARE making such Huge progress on your internal Transformation. Change is often frightening, and uncomfortable. Bill (stingraystripe) shared a bit of advice when I was feeling "low" once: "If you never feel like giving up, then your not pushing hard enough" or something along those lines. The fact that it's tough and the old self wants to resurface, is proof that you've come such a long way from your old self. The entire community is here with and for you.
