To me, Transformation Means
Transformation means a new lease on life. To become new from the core, our belief system, to be reborn. To align our value system, with our thoughts, and physical being. To manifest the beauty and power of our being in our life and to inspire the same in others.
My Goals
My Goal is to release 112 lbs of body fat to achieve a healthy weight of 185 lbs over 44 weeks or less. To attain a body weight of 241 lbs or less by November 21st 2008. To wear a size 38 waist. To have abundant energy and health to enjoy the gifts that my children offer every day. To live a long and healthy life.
My Intentions
I intend to trasnform who I am completely from the inside out! To be an awesome friend to my two boys and to be a support friend for my amazing wife! I intend to reach Single digit body fat! I intend to release over 110lbs of fat and gain 25 lbs of lean muscle. I intend to live life spritually, proudly and take time to enjoy the journey!

i would like to inspire everyone to be healthy! Especially those with children as we are the role models for there health! I would like ot inspire those who like me have over 100 lbs to release to know there is hope and this is the way! To inspire faith, and self love! To be the change for those to follow!
