To lose the story and become the glory. To embrace the gifts, lessons and life which God has given us all. Transformation to me is living a life of purpose.

My Goals

To release 70lb of unhealthy body fat by March 2010 or sooner.

My Intentions

I intend to run the Dallas Half Marathon. To be present in my family. To love my wife unconditionally. To love my boys and set an example of health, honsety and grattitude. To live with passion, joy and faith.

Who I'd Like to Inspire

My family, friends and those I come in contact with. To live with integrity to be the change, such that others are inspired to live with health, love and integrity.
