I Am

Hi, I'm a single dad of two wonderful children. My daughter is turning 12 this year and my son just turned 9. I've been overweight since my early teens and I'm sick of it. Currently I weigh 239 and ~22% body fat. I've been lying to myself for too long that I'm just a big guy or I have big bones. I have little over one year before I turn forty and my goal is to get my six pack before then.

To me, Transformation Means

Changing my mind and thoughts so that my body, mind and spirit are in alignment.
