I hope you are spinning some great tunes in your life. I've always appreciated your candor and example to so many within this community. I hope you are doing well and wish you continued success. I've slacked off a few months but have reignited my push for continued health the past 4 weeks. Best wishes!

Hi Joel. I love how you wrote on the team thread: 'I am ready to write the next chapter of my life and my family's life..." It really is so true. What we do in this moment is writing our future not just for us but for the people we love the most. I also wanted to tell you that I have been reading your blogs and am just blown away by your willingness to do the deep soul work and for the miraculous changes you've achieved. You are a true Soul Warrior. Have a wonderful week! *hugs* Micky

I Am

I am a 36 years old husband, father, business owner and musician.
My wife and I just started our second 18 week challenge on 8/29/11.
To say that Transformation and the community has been life changing would be an understatement! We have grown in so many areas of our lives. Our whole family has benefited from T.com. It's now time to write the second half of my Transformation chapter. I got half way to my physical goal in the last challenge. It's now time to finish what I started. I know I can reach my physical goals in the next 18 weeks. However, the mental and emotional growth NEVER stops! (8/29/11)

My Favorite Charity

To me, Transformation Means

Continuing what I started in Jan. of this year. (2011) Continuing to change old, unhealthy habits. To become the man that God made me to be. The physical, spiritual, and emotional leader of my home. (8/30/11)

My Goals

My 18 week challenge goals are:
1. To be at 210 lbs (or less)
2. To run a half marathon (Denver)
3. To continue to inspire those around me to change their bad habits and unhealthy lifestyle by my example.
4. To take my relationship with my kids to a new level.
5. To work through past hurts and gain self confidence.
6. (most important) To give my wife the husband she deserves. To have her enjoy looking at in the same way that I have looked at her for so many years. To have a marriage more incredible than we could have ever imagined!!!!! (8/30/11)

My Intentions

I will stop letting my past failures determine what my next step will be.
I will allow people who care about my success to hold me accountable.
I will follow each step in the program, and do what those who have gone before me have proven works.
I will be in the gym on a regular basis.
I WILL change my diet.
When all is said and done, I will be the one inspiring others to reach their goals. (8/30/11)

Who I'd Like to Inspire

My family, friends, clients, neighbors and ANYONE who is feeling hopeless in their work, marriage, fitness or any other area of their life. (8/30/11)
