Hi Jodi! Happy Thanksgiving!!! Just feeling thankful for you today... wishing I had met you in Denver. Maybe I'll get to hug you next year!!! You asked me eons ago about sugar diabetes. I think I pointed you in Chris Haro's direction.... if not, please visit his profile (chrisharo). He's a gem. He has this same condition and is such a genuine help and delight to talk to. Love you, Debby

Thank you so much for your special note-----it means a lot to me. I'm glad too that you have moved closer and we have and will get to see each other more often. Johnnie and I both are enjoying having you here. Actually what you are doing at the gym and with your swimming lessons is very encouraging to me. Thanks again for thinking of me and sending those special words. See you later-----Love Bob

I Am

A 74-year-old grandmother. writer, musician starting to feel my age, and have begun to hear the "stirring in the mulberry trees." My younger sister and husband (jlorren and boblorren) are in the program and have inspired me to believe I don't have to just curl up in a rocking chair position for the rest of my life. Wahoo!!!!

My Favorite Charity

International Children's Care

To me, Transformation Means

The ability and determination to kick myself into action every day toward my goal of becoming younger instead of older.

My Goals

To become more spiritually alive. To be healthy, trim and vitally charged. To look forward to having a sharp mind and a good memory; to feel vigerous, proud and at peace. To have my headaches relieved, my posture improved; to look younger, happier and full of hope and joy. To arrive at a centered place within myself.

My Intentions

I am one week into my intentions. I have joined a "wellness center" and have a personal trainer to guide and encourage me on the weight machines. She tells me today she can already see a difference. She's a neat gal and I told her she's worth every penny! :-) I have been going to water aerobics in between. I intend to challenge myself and show myself (and my kids) I CAN change my body and emotional thinking! YEAH!

Who I'd Like to Inspire

Anyone out there who has someone who needs to know that a 74-year-old (or older) gal can shake-a-leg once again. The young kids don't need to have all the fun and joy in life!
