update

Goal 1: I will complete the 18 week transformation challengePlan of Action: The white board, prepaid for my personal training. Obstacles: Not being organized, knee pain, sabatogeResources: Bill, Coach Stoney, T.com Champions, accountability group or partner, positive spouse, the transformation community.Rewards: A new me, a renewed soul and spirit, a sense of accomplishment, a zeal for life, proud, an inspiration for others, a positive role model, a better spouse, more present for family and friends, and a new self-confidence. Momentum for the next challenge. After the first 50lbs a trip to Calgary to visit the kidsTime Frame: 18 weeks. Goal 2: I will complete each of Bill’s assignments over the 18 week challenge to the best of my ability.Plan of Action: I will be open and willing in completing each assignment by following Bill’s blogs which includes giving feedback after each assignment by leaving a comment in the section below each blog assignment. If I feel stuck I will reach out and ask for help so that I can stay focused on completing each assignment.Obstacles: Not being open and honest with myself. Not willing to see my feeling in print.
