Kim...you are a great friend and I will miss you next Saturday. I know that I can do the 1/2 marathon but it won't be the same. My wife is going to walk the 5k with her friend so they will be close by and that will help a ton. I could have backed off and done the 10k or 5k but I'm going to take another opportunity to finish a 1/2 marathon....besides, I need another medal....oh its going to be fun. I may take my bluetooth and talk to you on the phone a couple of times to help me get through the race. What do you think? Willing to talk to me while I'm walking? Oh, and I may try to jog a little too. We will see.

Kim, you rock girl! My feet are killing me too. My butt and hips still hurt too. I am getting better and I'm still working out. Its amazing how long it takes to recover. I'm planning on doing another half marathon a week from Saturday. This is going to be tough, but I need it. I hope you continue to keep making great progress. You are doing awesome and I love you. - Denny
