Kathy - I live in Texas. I have the most awesome and supportive hubby named Dave. We are parents to 2 4-legged furry kids, Kyra is an Amercian Eskimo and Kirby is a Cocker Spaniel. I have been an active member and contributor to this site since May 2008. It has truly become a community and family not just a website..
I hope to inspire and motivate others. This community and the wonderful people have lead me to pursue a career in health and fitness.
Since joining t.com I have become an NASM certified personal trainer and a certified Lifeystyle Fitness coach. I have also completed two courses in Nutrition.
I love to learn and study. In 2009 I was named as one of the top 10 finalist in the Subway 'Refresh Your LIfe' contest.
My passion and purpose it to help others to be healthy - body, mind and spirit!

The PKU Foundation - My neice Hailey has PKU, a very rare metabolic disorder. This foundation helps with research and helps family afford the special formula and foods needed for this kiddos.

To physically, emotionally and spritually create the person that I have always wanted to be. To inspire in other to be the best that they can be. Transformation is a journey not a destination!

I have lost 132 lbs and am currently working to lose about 30 lbs but more importantly drop my body fat percentage (getting below 20%) and get more toned. I want to see those muscles I have been working on. I personally deal with arthritis and scoliosis and want help others with the same issues.

My 2012 Challenge Goals -

1) Get to 150 lbs ( rocking that goal right now)
2) Wear a size 12 or smaller
3) Slow down and make time for prayer and meditation.
5) Consistantly having a forgiving and grateful heart.

Long term goals

Transformation Champion - I am a Champion in Training - I will keep working to be a representative of this community and be a servant to this community until selected and then continue. I will grow daily to be the best person I can be to show others how they can live the life they truly deserve. Nothing would make me happier than to help Bill fulfill his mission of bringing this nation from worst to first. I see so many people with low self-esteem and no hope. I want these people to see that beauty that is within themselves just waiting to shine!

Everyone - I want my hubby to be even prouder of me. I want my siblings and other family members to live a healthier lifestyle. I want to have all my clients living a healthier and more fit lifestyle. I want everyone to truly see their inner beauty. So many people do not realize how wonderful they truly are!
